LHV Pank said that TeliaSonera’s offered price is too low for Eesti Telekom and doesn’t reflect company’s fundamental value justly, ERR News reports.

That’s why we don’t suggest accepting that offer, LHV wrote in its financial portal.

“Since both, Eesti Telekom and TEO’s offered price is cheaper from telecomunnication companies’ average, then we think that this price is not enough and we would expect premium of at least 15 pct from current level and similar valuation for TEO LT, compared to other European telecommunications companies,” LHV wrote.
