Sveiki, noriu pasidalinti savo patirtimi. Šiaip ši tema labiau tinkanti temoje "Papsichologuokim". Bet kadangi Rūta taip viską moksliškai sugeba paaiškinti, truputį gėda, kad mano rašymo būdas yra toks primityvus.
Visi buvome supykę ir ne vienas žino, kad pyktis tai silpnumo, emocinio nesivaldymo požymis. Skaičiau knygutę apie pykčio valdymo modelius (tiesą sakant daug visko ten protingai parašyta).O aš iš savo patirties galiu pasakyti, kad pykčio valdymas remiasi paprastume, kai supranti, kad pyksti tik dėl 2 paprastų dalykų (kurie persipina)
1) kai atsakomybę dėl to, kad kažkas atsitiko mūsų gyvenime perkeliam kažkam kitam (valdžiai, vyrui, viršininkui). t.y. kaltinam kitą.
2) antras dalykas dėl ko pykstame, nes kažkas kitas privalo (arba neprivalo) pasilelgti taip kaip norim.
Šios dvi paprastos tiesos padeda man reaguoti į viską ramiau ir paprasčiau. Sunkiau man reaguoti ramiai dėl šeimos narių elgesio, kuris atrodo man nepriimtinas. Nes šeimos narius mes jau laikom kaip savo nuosavybe
Kitas svarbus aspektas, kai pykstame patys ant savęs, dėl to, kad kažko nepadrėme, arba priešingai barame save, kad kažką padarėme blogai. Paskutinį kartą, kai pradėjau pykti ant savęs, kad atmestinai, nepažiūrėjau į nustatytus savo roboto parametrus platformoje Forex rinkoje, praleidau pelną ir Eurusd poroje, buvo gražu žiūrėti kaip banga be jokių pasispardymų nueina žemyn, nunešdama mano negautą pelną. Atrodo irunda, bus dar tų bangų. Bet kažko supykau ant savęs. Pažiūrėjau į situaciją iš šalies, ir kai pakeičiau vertimimą (požiūrį), kad čia ne klaida, o pamoka ateičiai dingo ir savęs kaltinimas. Jei būčiau sugebėjus rankiniu būdu užtvirtinti sandėrius, ar žemyn banga nebūtų taip stipriai ėjus, neišmokčiau pamokos, kad reikia atsakingiau žiūrėti į šią rinką, priimti rimtai, ne kaip žaidimą.
Užrašiau šį postą, kad pati labiau įsisąmoninčiau mūsų pačių atsakomybės svarbumą visame kame, o padarytas klaidas nekartoti, o vertinti kaip pamokas.

Sri Sri Ravi Shankar: See, doership goes with enjoyership. If you are not the doer, you are not also experiencing the consequence. You can’t say, ‘I am not the doer; God made me eat more food but I am having a tummy ache.’ I would say, 'God is having the tummy ache. Where are you in the middle?' If you have eaten, you have the tummy ache; if God has eaten, then the tummy ache is also for God. It is not you who is suffering from indigestion. Do you see what I am saying? I think we have misinterpreted this whole philosophy. Every individual has a certain amount of freedom, and certain things are beyond his power. Life is combination of both, your free will and what is destined. Some things are in your control and some other things are not. You cannot say that nothing is in my control, and you can’t say that everything is in my control either, both are incorrect. For example, you have no control on whether it rains or not. Sri Sri Ravi Shankar: Different letters affect different parts of the body. Our body is like a garland of letters, it is called akshara maalika (garland of letters). You are a mala or rosary yourself; different letters affect different centers. Sanskrit, the oldest of languages, is organized in such a way that it fits Darwin’s theory of Evolution. The first letter of Sanskrit language is A, which is what every child says. The last of the vowels is Aha. What is the sound that comes when you laugh? Aha ha ha! So, in laughter, the entire language is present, from A to Aha. In Sanskrit, Aha is used for wonder and for laughter. You cannot laugh without Aa and Ha in it, even if you try. If you observe the Sanskrit vowels, which are A, Aa, E, Eee, Oo, Oou; observe how the sound is generated. The sound Acomes at the root of the throat, Aa comes more outward. E comes from the palate, and Eee is more outward. Oo comes to the lips, and Ruu, the tongue rolls. The rest of the letters are I, Ai, O, Au, An, Am, Aha. If you move to consonants, they start with Ka, Kha, Ga, Gha, Na and they start from the throat. Then Ca, Cha, Ja, Jha, Nna, the sound move towards the mouth. Then come Ta, Tha, Da, Dha, Na, these come with the help of the dental movement. The last few come from the lips Pa, Pha, Ba, Bha, Ma. If you observe, all these sounds move from the base of the throat outwards. Even the animal kingdom is taken into consideration here. All birds emit the Ka and Ca sound. Only two birds, i.e., parrot and mynah can use the sound Ma also. All other birds only use Ka and Ca. Amphibians like frogs, make sounds that sound like Ta, Tha or Tra. Mammals like cows, sheep, goats, horses, etc., use Pa, Pha, Ba, Bha, Ma, or the next set of consonants. Lastly come all the other alphabets like Ya, Ra, La, Va, She, Sha. Therefore, the alphabets and sounds are arranged in the same order as the theory of evolution, i.e., birds, animals, mammals and humans. Isn’t that interesting? It is absolutely fascinating. There was some research done in England; scientists found that Sanskrit language is very suitable for neurolinguistic functions. For about ten years, scientists were trying to understand why people with a base in Sanskrit are very sharp at mathematics and calculations.

Gurudev, in today’s world, America is going through an economic upheaval which is affecting so many other countries. Is there some karma that affects nations as a whole as well?

Sri Sri: America took a very wrong step when it went to war with Iraq. It spent one billion dollars every day for so many years. For five to six years, America kept spending one billion dollars per day. Can you imagine, trillions of dollars were spent in this war on Iraq to find the weapon of mass destruction which was never there? So it drained itself of a lot of resources. Naturally there is a big crisis now.
But I want to assure you, America will come out of this crisis. We don’t need to be too worried or concerned about it.

Only thing is, America should not venture for another war somewhere.
See, dialogue is the way. Iraq has gone from bad to worse. Today Iraq is in such a bad shape. There is bomb blast every single day. People are killed every day. Is this democracy? Is this a new change that anybody would have welcomed or liked?
These are the lessons. These are the big questions we need to look into.

America lost so many soldiers, and so many soldiers who were in the war are so traumatized. Nobody has gained from this war. World has not gained. America has not gained. Iraq has certainly not gained anything out of this war. Instead if there was a dialogue, countries like India could have played a big mediation role. Could have cleared many misunderstandings. Anyways that is a thing of the past. But learn from this past mistake. In future, know that weapons or war is not an answer for peace. In fact, the intention of war is to bring peace. But it becomes completely opposite.
