The most honest compensation for all people is to TURN their OPEN POSITIONS (that they opened recently, or AT LEAST those automatically triggered with SL) to their INITIAL VALUE. It will be a disaster for your team if everyone will open tickets.
I am referring especially to the SL positions that closed when people weren't able to adjust them (in the last 15 hours or so).
