strong results really!
Looking on P&L -> costs only increased by +1,6m EUR yoy. Revenue +2,7m EUR. COGS increase is understanding (correlating with rev), bad debts are hitting by extra 0,25m EUR yoy in extra costs. salaries +10% (+0,28m EUR) bonuses row + 90% (+0,43m EUR) as it does correlate with bottom line it is ok, but hope so management has clear incentive scheme in org. p.s. USD/EUR rate is quite pushing down result as well (-0,27m EUR) All in all -> seems that company is returning to >0,3-0,4 div/@ level with such cash position last time they paid >0,6/@ divs - not saying it will repeat in today's life environment |

"All in all -> seems that company is returning to >0,3-0,4 div/@ level "
I wait much more |

ok - was expecting +5-10% price increase.
but it is understandable. 1m EUR already from H1 only... 50% of luck of H1 to H2 would bring extra ~0,5m EUR => >1,5m EUR in bottom annual row. P/E >7-8. With potential div yield of 6-7% as per today price. |

aranet produktas dabar yra gyvavimo ciklo prieš pikinėje dalyje - tad iš jo dar per ateinančius 2-3m turėtų kristi vis didėjančios pajamos/pelno proporcija (jeigu USD/EUR nenužudys galutinio pelningumo)

Grįžtame į >60ct div rėžį Optimistiškai >75ct div |

Are You think, that 4 quartal will be without profit? My optimistic scenario is div 1 EUR.

|
2021-05-12 21:06 #675661
Q4 miggt hit with FX.And yes it will be with profit, but I have little believe that SAF will pay >100% profit via div. There is a spight chance but very very little in my opinion. I would stick to 0.6-0.75 Eur as quite realistic ones

|
2021-05-12 22:22 #675670
Yes, realistic 0,6-0,75, but 1 optimistic. Why? Becose all last years, when SAF pay div, they pay in dividends all profit.

Jekabs [2021-05-12 22:22]: Yes, realistic 0,6-0,75, but 1 optimistic. Why? Becose all last years, when SAF pay div, they pay in dividends all profit. Talking nuts! <...> Decisions adopted at the annual shareholders meeting of JSC SAF Tehnika on 4 December, 2020. <...>To pay in dividends the profit accrued until 31 December 2017 as 0.21 EUR (twenty- one cent) per one SAF Tehnika JSC share or total amount of 623 737,80 EUR <...> Keep the remaining amount of retained earnings 2 266 812 EUR (two million two hundred sixty-six thousand eight hundred twelve euros) as the retained earnings of SAF Tehnika JSC. <...> And yes, company is profitable, but even if the profit of all quarters will be doubled this year (current data- according the report for Q3 and 9 months of financial year 2020/2021 is only 30% more, than last year), in my opinion dividends hardly could reach 0,50 eur. per share, otherwise it would be disproportional dividend return by this share price. Realistic scenario is about 0,30-0,35 eur. per share on condition if everything goes successful. |

I am talking about the fact that in recent years the profits of a given year have been paid out in dividends; In addition, SAF likes round numbers:
2016 - profit 925k - div 1009k (rounded to say that a million in dividends) 2017 - profit 1747k - div 1990k (rounded to say 2 million in dividends) 2020 - profit 476k - div 624k (increased div as recovered bad debt) 2021 - 9 months profit 2111k or 0.71 EUR per share. You will see what the 4th quarter will bring, but it's hard to imagine that there will be a loss! I express only my opinion; Who is right - time will tell! |

Y2016-2017 period divs were increased due to LV tax changes on div amounts. Just a note + 2018-2019 aremissed from whole picture there divs were less than profit (none divs in some years) in order to control CF due to USD/EUR FX fluctuations and losses.

2021-05-13 16:12 #675767
Yes, there were no dividends in 2018 and 2019 because there was no profit, but when the profit is, since 2015. it is paid to shareholders; The largest shareholders of the company are in the leading positions of SAF; Their decision is that it is more profitable to receive remuneration through dividends than to increase management salaries
