So if you have deposit and obligations to bank, you will get back your money from deposit insurer ( 90% if it's more than 10k EUR) and there can be a case that before this you will have to repay/re-credit your obligations to bank (that up on bancrpcy administrator). We have same deposit insurance amount as in EU, that is 100.000 EUR as Kaunas wrote. BUT. In most EU countries this insurance is covered by [b]Guarantee Fund[/b], in other words declared limits are 100% covered. Lithuania is different. State law is such that deposits are covered by [b]Insurance Fund[/b]. That is, in case of financial crisis, only ~10% are really covered. ...
