Šis fondas nepigus, nes nuo kitų metų žada tik 9 centus dividendus prieš mokesčius vienai akcijai. Tie 1,55 € - už parduotus pusę pastatų. Jų daugiau fondas nebevaldys, to pasekmė - sumažėsiantis ateityje pelnas.
